What the service is
Plan This is an AI-assisted wedding planner. It researches vendors, emails them for quotes on your behalf, compares what comes back, helps you schedule calls, and builds a wedding website with RSVPs. It is operated by Saudara (“we”, “us”).
It's a beta
The product is new and changes often. Features may be added, changed, or removed, and things will occasionally break. We'll do our best to keep your data safe and the service running, but we provide it “as is” without warranties of any kind.
AI output needs your review
The planner uses AI to write emails, summarise vendor replies, extract quotes, and draft website copy. AI makes mistakes: it can misread a price, get a date wrong, or phrase something you wouldn't. You are responsible for reviewing anything sent or published in your name. The original vendor messages are always available in your planner so you can check.
Vendors are independent
We are not a party to any agreement between you and a vendor. We can't guarantee that a vendor will reply, be available, honour a quote, or do good work. Any deposit, contract, or payment you make to a vendor is between you and them. Vet anyone you hire.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.
- Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One account per couple is plenty; both partners can share it.
Acceptable use
Use the planner to plan a real wedding or event. Don't:
- send spam, harassing, or deceptive messages to vendors or anyone else through the service;
- upload content you don't have the right to use, or that is unlawful or hateful;
- try to access other users' data, probe or overload our systems, or reverse-engineer the service;
- resell the service or use it to build a competing product's dataset.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Your content
You own what you upload and what the planner creates for you (emails, website copy, comparisons). You give us permission to store, process, and transmit it as needed to run the service — for example, to send your email to a vendor or publish your wedding website. Your public wedding website is visible to anyone with the link.
Billing and credits
- The free tier includes a starting allowance of AI credits so you can try the planner.
- Paid plans and credit top-ups are billed through Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from Settings; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
- Credits are consumed when you start an AI action. Top-up credits don't expire; plan credits reset each billing period.
- Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, or if we've clearly got something wrong — email us and we'll sort it out.
Connected services
If you connect Google Calendar or other third-party services, their terms apply to your use of them. You can disconnect at any time. How we handle that data is in our Privacy Policy.
Ending things
You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing edward@saudara.ai. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from vendor conduct, AI mistakes you had the opportunity to review, or service downtime. Our total liability to you for anything arising from the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore, unless the consumer-protection law where you live gives you rights that can't be overridden.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
